1-1 and Group Executive Coaching
As an experienced coach with a dual qualification with University of Western England and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM Level 7) I am also working towards an accreditation with The Association for Coaching as a Master Executive Coach.
With clients from early leaders and mangers to CEOs and Exec Directors of FTSE 100 companies, I also train on coaching-based leadership, most recently with an international organisation of 9000 employees.
As part of this culture change programme, I facilitated sessions for individual contributors and the People Leader population and designed and delivered material for their senior leadership group. This included company-wide webinars on aspects of coaching-based leadership, working with a production team to model coaching conversations for discussion and analysis.
