I have been training, facilitating and group-coaching leadership teams since 2008. Much of this has involved helping teams to communicate more effectively, manage conflict and facilitate conversations that allow them to all ‘row in the same direction’.
Practical, engaging and impactful interventions that result in long-lasting change are the hallmark of my approach.
Areas of focus I have worked on in the past include:
“John facilitated a two-day off-site for a new leadership team. The work centred around the Strength Deployment Inventory tool, which gave us a great lens through which to understand some of our existing interactions and quickly bring new members of the team up to speed too. John did a great job helping to steer the conversation, being flexible with the agenda as the group moved in different directions, helping us to have a very productive couple of days.”
